The employee conduct agreement form is a great way to hold your employees accountable.  During the hiring process the employee should agree and sign the employee conduct performance agreement, the employee agrees to follow your established policies, procedures and house rules.

This form can be used as a legal document in case of an unemployment hearing or court case.  

It is recommended that you have at-least three signatures on the Employee Conduct Agreement Form:

  1. Employee signature
  2. Manager signature
  3. Witness signature

Having plenty of documentation on the employee will strengthen your claims during  unemployment hearings or court cases. Having no or very little documentation  may lead to he said, she said. Remember the burden of truth falls on the employer to prove their case.
