Store Transfer/Borrow Sheet


If you own more than one restaurant or if you have a nearby restaurant that you sometimes borrow from or allow them to borrow from you, this sheet will be very valuable. It is vital that your staff or management every two hours check for foods that are kept in a steam table (hot foods). The food temperatures need to be at 165 degrees (holding temperature). Serving safe food is crucial in serving safe foods to your customers.
