Train management and trainers first in every position in your restaurant. Set high standards and convey to them that you want them to train the staff consistently and correctly each and every time. The owner and/or general manager must follow up and be involved in the training process.

- Utilize social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Hand out fliers with discounts.
