The Time Keeping System is for 20 employees or 30 employees or less. The Time Keeping System can be used by any business and is completely (Universal).

Easy to set up;

  1. Enter in your employee  information or new hire information on to the Employee Information Sheet.
  2. On a daily basis enter in your employees  hours worked on their time cards, the system will do the rest.

 The Time Keeping System is designed for restaurants, however this system is universal to any business.  We also designed this system for businesses that do not utilize a Point of Purchase System (POS)

What do I get if I purchase the time card calculator?

Employee Information Sheet – This sheet is the key to the system. Input all the employee information, including name, position, pay rate, address, etc. From this sheet the employee information will automatically populate to other sheets.

Wage Information pertaining to your state laws.

Printable Time Card Sheet
This is a printable sheet that you can use to enter employees hours worked per shift.

Tip Comparison Chart –  Enter the total amount of tips and their total sales daily onto each tipped employees time card.  The chart will automatically calculate the percentage. At a glance this chart will automatically highlight the percentages. Use this as a tool to see the performance of each server based on the tip percentage.

New Hire Checklist & Information Sheet 
This sheet is printable. Use these sheets every time you hire an employee.

Have the new hire’s fill out the New Hire Checklist & Information Sheet. The information can be entered by you onto the employee information sheet. At the top of the employee information sheet is a checklist, including a check off  box √. Check each box as you verify each item such as: I-9, W-4, Work permit, etc., 

Payroll Hours & Dollars Sheet 
This sheet gives you a  visual snapshot of labor hours and dollars of each employee. This sheet is completely protected.  You will be able to view your daily and week to date (W.T.D)  labor percentages by entering in your actual sales per day to the right of the labor sheet.

We will customize this system to meet your needs. For example, if you have more than 30 employees we can create a customized system for additional employees and include other specific needs for your timekeeping. 

We also offer you the bonus of inputting the employee information. You can even meet with us in an online meeting to learn how to use this program.
