Employee Reference Check Form
The use of the employee reference check form will allow you to check references for people who have applied and may have already interviewed for a job. It’s important to do employee reference checks to learn more about the potential employee before hiring him/her.
Do not hire on the fly. Far too many times we hire on the fly because the restaurant is understaffed. Properly conducting a reference check is a great tool to determine if that candidate is a good fit for your restaurant.
If you do not do an employee reference check on prospective employees you never know what you get, it is the same as rolling dice.
How do you know if that person actually worked at that job or better yet if they were fired due to attitude issues or even theft? Know who you are hiring is key to hiring quality honest employees.
