They other aspect in making sure the proper training occurs consistently on a daily basis. I refer to restaurant managers training as; Training is an investment not an expense. You can’t put a training dollar figure on restaurant training. Some employees require more training than others, these employees requiring more training days.
Employees with previous experience will most likely need less restaurant training days compared to inexperienced employees. The restaurant trainers need to be effective trainers. Train the trainers, owners/managers will need to train the trainers in order to get the maximized effect.
