Time Keeping System
To begin, the Time Keeping System is for 20 employees or 30 employees or less. Of course, the Time Keeping System can be used by any business and is completely (Universal).
How do I set it up?
- First, enter in your employee information or new hire information on to the Employee Information Sheet. Include pay rates and other relevant information
- Next, each day you enter your employees’ hours worked on their time cards, the system will do the rest.
The Time Keeping System is designed for restaurants, however, this system is universal to any business. We also designed this system for businesses that do not utilize a Point of Purchase System (POS).

Employee Information Sheet
First off, this sheet is the key to the system. Input all the employee information, including name, position, pay rate, address, phone numbers and more. Also, there is a selection for hourly or salaried because the timekeeping system will calculate either type, along with tipped employee calculations. Then from this sheet, the employee information will automatically populate to other sheets.

Weekly Scheduler
Set up your weekly schedules – the employees’ names and job positions automatically populate from the employee information sheet. In addition, you can print it and post it.
Employee Phone List
Another great feature is the phone list because it automatically completes from the information sheet. Print all your employees’ phone numbers.
Wage Laws per State
An added bonus includes wage Information pertaining to your state laws and where to find it on the internet.
Printable Time Card Sheet
This edition, is a printable sheet that you use to enter employee’s hours worked per shift.
Tip Comparison Chart
Next, enter the total amount of tips and each server’s total sales daily into each tipped employees time card. Then, the chart will automatically calculate a percentage. At-a-glance, this chart even automatically highlights the percentages that may be high or low. It’s a great tool to see the performance of each server based on the tip percentage. Quickly know who needs some more coaching or training and who may be ready for a promotion.

New Hire Checklist and Information Sheet
This form is included free. Ideally, you print and complete this sheet every time you hire an employee. Have the new hire’s fill out the New Hire Checklist and Information Sheet. After completion, enter the information into the employee information sheet. In addition, at the top of the employee information sheet is a checklist, including a check-off box √. Simply check each box as you verify each item such as I-9, W-4, Work permits and more!
Payroll Hours and Dollars Sheet
Of course, this sheet gives you a visual snapshot of labor hours and dollars of each employee. This sheet is complete and automatically calculated. Easily view your daily and week-to-date labor percentages with a simple entry of actual sales per day to the right of the labor sheet.
