His career is built on fact‑finding, observation, and problem‑solving, skills that helped him identify losses, uncover theft, and correct operational issues long before he became a consultant.
Jeff received intensive management training from several major restaurant corporations and learned firsthand what makes restaurants succeed: cleanliness, consistency, accountability, and strong systems. These principles form the foundation of Workplace Wizards’ consulting approach.
Known for his attention to detail and passion for sanitation, Jeff has helped countless restaurants improve operations, reduce waste, strengthen their teams, and build systems that support long‑term success. Donna brings more than 16 years of training and instructional experience across multiple industries, including social services, software training, HR, Software Development, and restaurant operations. With a BA in Behavioral Science and a lifelong passion for teaching, Donna excels at helping people learn new skills, understand systems, and feel confident in their roles. Her restaurant experience includes short‑order cook, server, and supporting restaurant teams while working full‑time in other fields.
